Banana Tahini Porridge
It’s freezing out there. So this weekend I’m sharing a series of four autumnal porridge recipes you won’t want to miss. A new bowl drops each day. Simple, comforting and perfect for the season.
Apple and Spiced Hazelnut Butter Porridge
Banana Tahini Porridge

Hazelnut and Butter Porridge
Serves 2
Porridge
100g oats (we use a 5 grain mix which might require 50ml more water)
200ml oat milk
Salt
To serve
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Make the porridge by putting oats, milk and salt together in a pan and cooking to your desired texture.
Top with cinnamon, tahini, honey, banana and cacao nibs. Simple but my goodness unbelievably delicious.
